Gelonghui March 17 | Shaanxi SDIC A (000563.SZ) released its 2023 annual report. During the reporting period, it achieved operating income of 2,813 billion yuan, an increase of 46.05%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1,082 billion yuan, an increase of 29.18%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 1,039 million yuan, an increase of 38.72% year on year; and basic earnings per share were 0.2117 yuan.

The company's profit distribution plan reviewed and approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital of 5,113,970,358 shares at the end of 2023, a cash dividend of 0.70 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares, and the remaining undistributed profits are used for the company's business development.
