On March 15, Gelonghui (00828.HK) issued an announcement. Compared with the audited consolidated profit of about HK$16,300,000 in the previous year, the Group expects the comprehensive profit for 2023 to record an increase of about 25% to 35%.

This anticipated increase in net profit is mainly due to (i) increased write-off of longer-age payables; and (ii) proceeds from the sale of properties of approximately HK$2,600,000. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the Group's business activities continued to grow in sales during the year.
