According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shunhao Property (00219) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved total revenue of HK$606 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.1%; losses attributable to the company owners were HK$72.98,000, compared with a profit of HK$482 million in the same period last year; and a loss of HK$14.26 per share.

The overall profit reduction for the year ended 31 December 2023 was mainly due to hotel operating costs, operating expenses, repair and maintenance costs, financial costs, and income tax expenses.
