On March 15, 2024, the buyer (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Shunhao Property) received an acceptance letter from the seller confirming acceptance of the bid submitted by the buyer for the purchase of such properties at a total cost of HK$207 million on March 15, 2024.
According to reports, these properties are located at Jessville Manor, 128 Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong. The total floor area of these properties is 12,288 square feet and the total useful internal area is 9805 square feet.
The Board of Directors believes that the acquisition is an excellent investment opportunity for Shunhao Property Group (a member company of Shunhao Holding Group) to expand and diversify Hong Kong property investments. The Board also believes that the acquisition will strengthen the Group's strategic investment in Hong Kong properties.
