(“Shanghai Aohan”) signed the “Nanjing Aohan Yuanrui Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)” on March 15, 2024, to jointly invest in Shanghai Nanjing managed by Aohan Aohan Yuanrui Equity Investment Partnership (limited partnership) (“partnership”, “investment fund” for short).
