順豐房託(02191.HK)執行董事兼行政總裁翟迪強表示，去年香港高端物流倉續租租金升幅達約11%，考慮到市場對對高端物流倉需求持續增加，預測今年續租租金將平穩或微升。
談及收購計劃，他指出，美國息口高企，在香港市場上較難找到合適目標，預期今年在港進行收購的機會不大；至於內地方面，密切留意位於華南的高端物流倉，或會物色已建成、擁有穩定租金收入來源的物業，可能會通過銀行融資籌措資金。(gc/k)
