According to the Zhitong Finance App, Liu Chong Hing Enterprise (00194) announced that on March 14, 2024 (after the transaction period), the company (as a tenant) and Aibao Investment (as the owner) entered into a lease agreement for the property (the property located at House 1, 43 Heungdo Road, Hong Kong).

The announcement stated that in order to retain outstanding talents and in accordance with the company's remuneration policy, the company provides accommodation allowances to several of its senior management. The property is intended to be occupied by members of the Group's senior management and their families.
