Gelonghui, March 14, 丨 Dahongli (300865.SZ) announced that the company held the 6th meeting of the 4th board of directors on November 23, 2022 to review and pass the “Proposal on Wholly-owned Subsidiaries to Co-invest with Professional Investment Institutions”, that is, Chengdu Dahongli New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Sichuan Commercial Investment Capital Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. jointly invested to establish the Sichuan Commercial Investment Dahongli Equity Investment Fund Partnership (limited partnership).

Since determining the investment intention, New Material has actively communicated and negotiated with relevant parties. In view of the many differences between the new materials and the commercial investment capital during the investment project promotion process, the company believes that the return of the investment project is uncertain and comprehensively considers various relevant factors.
