On March 13, 2024, the company (representing all members of the Group) and Sanyang (representing each member of the Sanyang Group) signed a “General Sales Agreement”. According to this agreement, the company (representing each member of the group) has agreed to supply locomotives and/or any other products manufactured by the Group or purchased from independent third parties from time to time on a non-exclusive basis, and to provide services related to the supply of such products to the Sanyang Group from time to time, including but not limited to locomotive maintenance services.
