Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has announced that it will not be paying the scheduled Distribution on its S$140 million Perpetual Securities for March 2024. As a consequence, the company has triggered the dividend stopper provisions, which restricts its ability to declare or distribute dividends or make certain payments until certain conditions are met, including redemption of all outstanding Perpetual Securities or payment of the next scheduled Distribution.
