2024年3月13日，江西证监局公告，对世龙实业总经理、董事汪国清采取出具警示函的监管措施，并记入资本市场诚信档案数据库。汪国清在担任世龙实业总经理、董事期间，未依规履行向上市公司报告义务，导致世龙实业未及时披露2011年至2017年4月期间与江西嘉柏新材料和江西宏柏新材料的关联交易情况，直至2017年4月才予以披露。上述行为不符合《上市公司信息披露管理办法》（证监会令第40号）第四十八条的规定。
