首创环境：首创环卫获首创环保集团增资3364.07万元

首创环境（03989）发布公告，于2024年3月11日，公司与首创环保集团订立合作框架协议，据此，首创环保集团位于合作区域的附属公司须于合作区域内向公司间接全资附属公司首创环卫的项目公司提供委托管理服务。

于2024年3月11日，深圳前海（公司直接全资附属公司）与首创环保集团及首创环卫订立增资协议，据此，首创环保集团将认购首创环卫新增注册资本中的相应股权人民币3364.07万元（占其经扩大注册资本约49%）。增资完成后，深圳前海于首创环卫的股权将摊薄至51%。
