The plan includes: “10 billion forest” and “one million green energy” plans. “10 Billion Forest” has signed a cooperation agreement with the China Forestry Ecological Development Promotion Association (“Forest Promotion Association”), and the two sides have jointly implemented the planting of 10 billion trees worldwide. The Forest Promotion Association is a national-level association approved by the State Council, registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and managed by China's Ministry of Natural Resources. Organize and carry out special work on ecological construction, land greening, sand prevention and control, wildlife and wetland protection for a long time. The implementation of this plan will be an important means of reducing carbon and maintaining green economic growth. Using the carbon storage function of forests, carbon dioxide from the atmosphere is absorbed and fixed through a series of forestry management activities such as afforestation, and carbon sinks in vegetation and soil are stabilized and increased, thereby obtaining forest carbon sinks. Relevant carbon sinks can participate in carbon trading after monitoring, measurement and certification. The “One Million Green Energy” program plans to build 100 GW photovoltaic power generation facilities, 100 GW wind power generation facilities, and 100 GWh energy storage facilities around the world.
