(“China Telecom Quantum Group”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to use its own funds to subscribe for non-public shares of HKUST Guodun Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. (“GuoShield Quantum”). The subscription price is 78.94 yuan/share, and the subscription amount is 24.1123 million shares, accounting for 23.08% of the total share capital after the completion of Guodun Quantum's issuance; at the same time, China Telecom Quantum Group, through Guodun Quantum's existing shareholder, China Telecom Quantum “HKUST Holdings”) and Peng Chengzhi each reached an agreed action arrangement to collectively control 41.36% of the voting rights of Guodian Quantum. China Telecom Quantum Group will become the controlling shareholder of GuoShield Quantum.
