The company plans to grant 1.6 million restricted shares to incentive recipients, of which 1.36 million shares will be awarded for the first time, and 240,000 shares will be reserved. The grant price for the first restricted stock granted is 20.00 yuan/share. A total of 181 people were granted incentives for the first time. The reserved incentive targets were determined within 12 months after the plan was reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting.

Furthermore, the maximum period of validity of this incentive plan is no more than 60 months from the date the registration of the restricted shares granted for the first time is completed until all restricted shares granted to the incentive target are lifted or repurchased and cancelled.
