Gelonghui, March 11, 丨 Central Asian Ethylene Valley Group (00063.HK) announced that the Group is expected to record a modest profit of no more than HK$4 million for the year ended 31 December 2023, while a loss of approximately HK$47 million was recorded for the year ended 31 December 2022.

According to currently available data, the reversal of loss into profit was mainly due to fair value income of about HK$2 million from the investment property, compared with a fair value loss of about HK$46 million compared to the same period in 2022.
