(08495.HK) announced that on March 11, 2024, Mango Tree (HK) Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a lease agreement with the owner to lease such properties in Kangcheng for a period of four (4) years from March 31, 2024 to March 30, 2028 (with the option to renew for two more years to March 30, 2030). The Group plans to operate a new Shanghai cuisine restaurant under the trade name “Yujia Shanghai” at these properties.
