The shares repurchased will be used to reduce the company's registered capital (cancellation of shares). The total capital for this share repurchase is not less than RMB 60 million and no more than RMB 12 million. The share repurchase price does not exceed RMB 15.52 per share (including the number of shares). The repurchase period shall not exceed 12 months from the date the shareholders' meeting reviews and approves the repurchase plan.
