2024年3月8日，鼎汉技术(300011.SZ)发布公告，董事会于近日收到公司证券事务代表孙书瑾女士递交的书面辞职报告，孙书瑾女士因个人原因申请辞去公司证券事务代表职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，孙书瑾女士将不再担任公司其他职务，其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常开展。
