Gelonghui, March 7, 丨 Huayi Tencent Entertainment (00419.HK) announced that the board of directors is pleased to announce that on March 7, 2024, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscribers, guarantors and mortgages. According to this, the subscribers' conditions have agreed to subscribe for convertible bonds with a total principal amount not exceeding HK$120 million.

Assuming that all of the convertible bonds were converted at an initial exchange price of HK$0.1014, the convertible bonds would be converted to 1,183,431,952 convertible shares (subject to adjustment in terms and conditions), accounting for approximately 8.71% of the company's issued share capital on the date of announcement and approximately 8.01% of the company's issued share capital at the time of the expansion of the issuance of convertible shares when all convertible bonds were converted (assuming that there was no change in the issued share capital of the Company until the date of the conversion of all convertible bonds).
