(301317.SZ) announced that Xinlei (Inner Mongolia) Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company, plans to use its own capital of 250 million yuan to invest in the construction of an air energy heat pump industrial park project.

According to the announcement, the project is the first phase of the Xinlei Air Energy Heat Pump Industrial Park. The main construction contents include: leasing and remodeling an air energy heat pump plant with a rental area of 12,000 meters²; Expanding the office building; and purchasing 20 units/sets of air energy heat pump assembly and production equipment to build 2 air energy heat pump production lines. Furthermore, the company signed a cooperation agreement with the Zuoqi People's Government of Tumot to help the company concentrate on distributed photovoltaic power plant construction business. The project will use public roofs, household roofs, and idle courtyard resources to build distributed photovoltaic power plants within the local jurisdiction, with a total installed capacity of 75 megawatts.

It is reported that the completion of this project will further optimize the company's business layout, improve the company's strategic layout and long-term planning, help enhance the company's core competitiveness and promote the extension of the company's industrial chain.
