Gelonghui, March 5, 丨 United Asia Group (00458.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the profit attributable to equity shareholders recorded for the current reporting year would increase significantly to between HK$160 million and HK$180 million, while the profit attributable to audited equity shareholders for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2022 was approximately HK$31 million.

The announcement stated that the sharp increase in profit attributable to equity shareholders was mainly due to a significant reduction in losses recorded by the Group's franchise brands Nautica and Spyder due to increased revenue and improved business performance.
