Gelonghui on March 4 | Longjiang Transportation (601188.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to purchase 90% of the shares of Norcon Graphite, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's actual controller, the trading group, by participating in public listing auctions. The acquisition company and Shanshan Venture Capital formed a consortium (referred to as the “consortium”) to jointly acquire 100% of Norcon Graphite's shares. The reserve price for the public listing transaction was RMB 344.248.39.76 million, of which the company's transfer ratio was 90% and Shanshan Venture Capital's transfer ratio was 10%.
