据公告，石礼谦同时担任碧桂园的独立非执行董事。呈请人EverCreditLimited向香港高等法院提交清盘呈请，针对碧桂园未支付约16亿港元的定期贷款及应计利息。至公告发布日，高等法院未颁布清盘令。首次聆讯定于2024年5月17日。
