穆迪降冠君(02778.HK)信貸評級至「Baa2」 展望維持「負面」

評級機構穆迪宣布，將冠君產業信託(02778.HK)發行人評級，由「Baa1」下調至「Baa2」，維持「負面」評級展望。

穆迪副總裁兼高級信貸官Stephanie Lau表示，冠君產業信託的評級下調，主要反映其2023年的利息覆蓋率低於預期，以及由於整體辦公室和金融市場狀況可能面臨持續挑戰，預計未來一至兩年內信貸指標將進一步惡化。
