(“BAIC Industrial Investment”) jointly invested in the establishment of a Qingdao Anpeng Smart Car Venture Capital Fund partnership (limited partnership). Qingdao Anpeng Smart Car Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Embody Fund” for short) has a total pledged capital of RMB 10 million, of which the company pledged 60 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 60% of the pledged capital; An Peng Fund pledged a capital of 1 million yuan as a general partner, accounting for 1% of the pledged capital; BAIC Industrial Investment pledged 39 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 39% of the pledged capital. The initial investment amount is 50% of the total amount pledged. Recently, the partnership completed industrial and commercial registration.

According to reports, the investment direction of the fund is to focus on the field of humanoid robots, in line with various funders' intelligent industrial resources and extended layout requirements, and mainly invests in complete humanoid robot machines, large models, and key components of the robot industry chain.
