GLONGHUI, March 4 | According to Taiwan Electronic Times, the memory industry has reached the bottom of the winter valley. As generative AI drives a sharp increase in demand for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and DDR5, the collective reduction of original memory production will come to an end. The supply chain pointed out that due to the reduction in output unit area and the increase in HBM demand due to the upgrade of the new process, the utilization rate of the original factory's production capacity has returned to 90%.
