匯賢產業信託(87001.HK)公布，預期去年錄得可供分派的金額約2.27億元人民幣(下同)，較2022年可供分派的金額5.75億元，按年減少60.5%。儘管中國房地產經營環境面對挑戰，匯賢資產營運於去年產生的物業收入淨額仍高於2022年，但物業收入淨額上升仍被庫務項目所抵銷。
匯賢指出，若干庫務項目的影響包括借貸息率較高導致利息支出增加，以及去年中期報告所披露的已變現匯兌虧損。上述庫務項目對去年下半年造成更大影響。
