On March 1, Gelonghui | Detai New Energy Group (00559.HK) announced that Mr. Zheng Zijian has resigned as an executive director and chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the company's investment committee, and a member of the company's nomination committee due to other business commitments. Following the resignation of Mr. Cheng, Executive Director Wong Siu-keung has been appointed as Chairman and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Ms. Zhu Yanyan has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from March 1, 2024.

Since March 1, 2024: (1) Mr. Cheng has ceased to act as the company's authorized representative and agent in legal proceedings as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (2) Ms. Zhu has been appointed as an authorized representative and agent in legal proceedings; and a member of the Company's Investment Committee.
