據美聯物業分行統計，財政預算案公布後首週末(2月24日至25日)，15個指標屋苑預約睇樓量錄約479組，連升3週，按週大升約77.4%，創出自去年3月中以來的51週新高。
美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明認為，全撤辣兼停壓測將積存的購買力一次過引爆，預計3月住宅物業交投興旺，一手及二手齊升，確信樓市「大陽春」已現。
值得留意的是，放盤量增加34%。同時，反價盤的數量亦較2月平均增加96%，減價盤數量則較2月平均增加31%。反價盤升幅高於減價幅，反映市場的樂觀情緒升溫，是未來樓市一大利好訊號。
