This project is the largest pure software service project in the field of education informatization in China. The project is based on promoting innovation and practical exploration of quality education at the regional level, helping to upgrade education informatization in Luohu District, and creating a “Luohu Smart Education Model” that radiates the Bay Area and models the whole country.
Breaking through technical advantages, Tencent won the bid for “Luohu Smart Education Cloud Platform”
The “Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan” clearly states: “Basically achieved by 2022”SanquanThe development goals of “two high schools and one college”, that is, teaching applications cover all teachers, learning applications cover all school-age students, digital campus construction covers all schools, the level of informatization application and the information literacy of teachers and students have generally improved, and the “Internet+ Education” platform has been built to promote the transformation from dedicated resources for education to comprehensive education resources, from improving teachers' and students' ability to apply information technology to comprehensively improving their information literacy, and from integrated application to innovative development, and striving to build a new model of talent training under 'Internet +' conditions, develop new models of education services based on the Internet, and explore new models of education governance in the information age ”.
According to reports, in recent years, the Luohu district of Shenzhen has responded positively to the national call, incorporating a smart education cloud platform and education management informatization into the construction of a “smart city”, and the overall layout of the entire district has a game of chess. In this context, Luohu District proposed to focus on building the “Luohu District Smart Education Cloud Platform” and a “Internet+Education” platform for the “Luohu Sample”. With its technical advantages in the fields of cloud, big data, artificial intelligence, etc., Tencent made it easier for users to obtain service connectivity and ultimate experience design capabilities, as well as its long-term accumulation in the field of smart education. After hierarchical selection and review, Tencent stood out from 6 suppliers and won the bid for the construction of this project.
Start the “Luohu Model” to intelligently upgrade education services
Based on the solid foundation of Luohu education informatization construction, Tencent and the Luohu District Government will jointly build the “Luohu District Smart Education Cloud Platform”. The two sides will carry out innovative and practical exploration of quality education at the regional level, integrate the campus ecology, break down information silos, promote the upgrading of education informatization in Luohu District, accelerate the construction of an education ecosystem, build a Luohu smart education ecosystem, and cooperate to export the Bay Area and model the “Luohu Smart Education Model” throughout the country to help Luohu District's comprehensive education reform.
After completion, the project will comprehensively enhance the user experience of teachers, students, and parents, improve managers' decision-making efficiency and accuracy, and benefit teachers, students and parents of 145 kindergartens and 81 primary and secondary schools (including private) in Luohu District.
