Gelonghui, Feb. 29丨Dingfeng Group Automobile (06878.HK) announced, the board of directors is pleased to announce that all the prerequisites contained in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and that the placement was completed on February 29, 2024. A total of 41.51 million placed shares (equivalent to approximately 4.4% of the company's issued share capital expanded by allocating and issuing the placed shares immediately after completion) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$0.36 per share in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
