According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hengwan Technology (01523) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023, with revenue of about US$94.259 million, up about 8.6% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was approximately US$28.99 million, up about 24% year on year; basic profit per share was about 2.55 US cents. It is proposed to allocate a second interim dividend of 10.94 HK cents per share and a special dividend of HK1.42 cents per share.

In the year ended December 31, 2023, sales of fixed network priority connections (previously known as wired SD-WAN) increased slightly to approximately US$14.589 million, a slight increase of approximately 1.1% over the previous year. Mobile Network Priority Connectivity (previously known as wireless SD-WAN) sales increased to approximately $49.393 million, an increase of approximately 5.6% year over year. Warranty and support services increased by approximately 12.6% to US$237.65 million. Finally, software license sales increased by approximately 46.4% year over year to $6.512 million.
