Gelonghui, Feb. 29丨Wanbang Investment (00158.HK) announced that Wang Qidong retired and resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective March 1, 2024. After his resignation, Wang Qidong ceased serving as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

The board of directors also announced that independent non-executive director Ling Jiexin has been appointed as a member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee, effective from March 1, 2024 after Wang Qidong's resignation.
