观点网讯：2月26日，日本连锁居酒屋“鸟贵族”宣布与香港四洲集团合作，正式进军香港及台湾市场。
据报道，“鸟贵族”以统一价格的产品为特色，主打日本国产鸡肉串烧，每串含税价格为360日元（约18.73港元）。
除串烧外，还提供铁板料理和炸物等多样化选择，深受香港游客喜爱。
“鸟贵族”行政总裁大仓忠司通过社交媒体发布合作消息。与台湾采取合资经营方式不同，香港门店将以特许经营模式，由四洲集团负责运营，使用“鸟贵族”品牌和技术，并得到后者运营支持。
