According to this, each of the two (2) shares of the company's share capital, issued and unissued existing shares with a face value of HK$0.01 per share will be consolidated into one (1) share with a face value of HK$0.02 per share. On the date of the announcement, the existing shares were traded on the Stock Exchange with 10,000 existing share orders per lot.
