海正生材将于3月13日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界2月26日消息，海正生材发布公告，将于2024年3月13日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为3月7日，当日收市后持有海正生材股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：浙江省台州市台州湾新区台州湾大道188号浙江海诺尔生物材料有限公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于免去公司董事的议案

2、关于调整公司董事会席位暨修订《公司章程》的议案。
