该项目总投资达10亿元人民币，固定资产投入5.2亿元，并引入外资5000万美元。
目标是将度假区建设成为国家5A级景区，预期年游客量达200万人次，实现年营收10亿元，年纳税额4000万元，同时提供1500个直接就业岗位。
