[Caihua News] Java Holdings (00251-HK) announced that on September 16, 2019, Shunwan Investment, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a provisional sales agreement with the seller Xinyi Enterprise. According to this, Shun Wan Investment invested HK$780 million to purchase Warwick Tower, located at 50 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong, including all stores B on the ground floor, upper ground floor, first floor and second floor; units 2 and 3 from the third floor to the 22nd floor and part of its roof. The property is for commercial use, offers a total floor area of approximately 34,243 square feet and is sold under an existing lease.

According to information provided by the seller, the net rental income generated by the property before and after tax for the year ended December 31, 2018 was approximately HK$18.6 million and approximately HK$15.5 million, divided between HK$18.6 million and HK$15.5 million. As of 31 December 2017, the net rental income generated by the property before and after tax was approximately HK$15.6 million and HK$13 million, respectively.
