According to the company's articles of association, Mr. Li Mingzheng, an independent non-executive director, will retire in rotation at the recent annual general meeting of shareholders to be held by the company on March 5, 2024. He will not be re-elected because of his other business responsibilities. Following his retirement, Mr. Li Mingzheng will also no longer serve as the respective chairman and member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Company's Audit Committee.
