After verification, the “Notice” is true and was issued by Sui Guangyi on February 21. The content of the “Notice” states, “To achieve the goal of 100% translation conversion and listing, the following five decisions were proposed after research by the board of directors: 1. All contracts invested by all investors in Dingyifeng can be converted into digital options listings. 2. Only by choosing to go public can wealth increase and exit safely, and achieve family wealth inheritance. 3. The Group will establish an international special fund after September 2024 to solve the problem that investors urgently need cash flow for special funds. 4. Before June 1, the original price was converted to 1 US dollar/copy of the digital option, and the price of the digital option beyond this date will be adjusted upward. 5. After the Group's global investors transition to the listing, all problems will have the best solutions.” At the beginning of January this year, Ding Yifeng announced the transformation to digital options, triggering a sharp drop in the stock price of its listed company Ding Yifeng Holdings (0612.HK). Earlier, the Shenzhen Local Finance Bureau had publicly warned many times that Ding Yifeng had risks related to “illegal financial activities.”
