中國中藥(00570.HK)復牌曾升近26% 獲溢價提私有化

中國中藥(00570.HK)今日復牌，高開24.49%，最高見4.32元，升25.95%，見去年5月以來新高。現報4.19元，升22.16%，成交1.79億股，涉資7.61億元。

公司公布，國藥集團共裕建議通過計劃安排方式將公司私有化，每股現金價4.6元，較停牌前收報溢價34.11%。涉資約156.5億元。生效後，公司將申請撤銷股份在聯交所的上市地位。目前，國藥集團持有要約人55.11%股權，要約人及其一致行動人士持有公司股本33.13%。(cy/k)
