国茂控股拟折让约18.66%配股 最多净筹约1970万港元

国茂控股（08428）公布，于2024年2月21日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多约1866.19万股配售股份，占扩大后股本约16.67%，每股配售股份1.09港元，较当日收市价每股1.34港元折让约18.66%。

配售最高净筹约1970万港元，拟用作集团的一般营运资金。
