摩根士丹利發表研究報告指，金界控股(03918.HK)去年第四季業績遜於預期，預計其股價在未來60日內有80%以上機率將跑輸大市。
大摩又指，金界的增長前景仍然不明朗，今年首季盈利復甦步伐料緩慢，加上區域競爭加劇，管理層須加快制定更具體的增長計劃，或是遊客量出現明顯改善跡象，才可使股價走勢轉向正面。
在調整估值及預測後，大摩相應將投資評級由「增持」下調至「與大市同步」，目標價由5.5元降至3.25元，並將2024年EBITDA預測下調37%。
