The Macau business is consistent with the overall Macau market. The group expects Macau's casino revenue for the third quarter of 2019 and adjusted property EBITDA to be adversely affected by multiple factors in the region (including the ongoing trade dispute between China and the US and the situation in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region).

Furthermore, for the two months ending August 31, 2019, although the total number of VIP wins as a percentage of the number of transcodes was within the group's expected range of 2.7% to 3.0%, the abnormally low direct VIP business winnings during that period had an adverse impact on EBITDA. The group expects VIP gaming performance to be partially offset by continued increases in midfield table bets and slot bets.

Based on the above trends, the Group currently expects total consolidated operating income of approximately US$1.01 billion to US$1.12 billion for the two months ending August 31, 2019, and US$1.15 billion for the two months ended August 31, 2018.

The group currently expects the adjusted property EBITDA (excluding certain rental retail space directly owned by Wynn Resorts) to be between US$225 million and US$248 million for the two months ending August 31, 2019, compared to US$339.4 million for the two months ended August 31, 2018. On a consolidated basis, it is estimated that the table win rate for the two months ending August 31, 2019 will reduce the adjusted property EBITDA by about 30 million US dollars to 35 million US dollars, while the table win rate for the same period in previous years led to an increase of about 4 million US dollars.
