(“Gansu Nongken”), the controlling shareholder of the company, increased its shares by 2 million shares through centralized bidding transactions in the Shanghai Stock Exchange stock trading system, accounting for about 0.1% of the company's total share capital.

The Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Plan uses its own funds to increase the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions within 6 months from the date of implementation of this increase (February 19, 2024). The cumulative increase in holdings does not exceed 2% of the total number of issued shares of the company (including the first increase on February 19, 2024).
