Gelonghui, Feb. 19: Zhengye Technology (300410.SZ) announced that in order to revitalize the company's assets and optimize resource allocation, Guangdong Zhengye Technology Co., Ltd. plans to sell the project under construction located on the south side of the 9th Science Road in Songshan Lake North Industrial City in Dongguan by means of public listing and transfer in accordance with state-owned assets related requirements, and authorize the company's management to handle matters related to the asset disposal (including but not limited to handling property rights listing, signing corresponding agreements, and handling transfer procedures). The sale price is not less than the assessed value, which is RMB 160 million (excluding VAT).
