The shareholders have reaffirmed their support by re-electing all four (4) directors: V-Bond Lee, Dr. Aiping Yu, Glen Nursey, and Robert Martin. Furthermore, the shareholders have reinstated Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP as the Company's auditor; and re-approved the Company's stock option plan. The Company is pleased to confirm that over 99.4% of the votes cast favoured the recommendations by proxy.
