北大資源(00618.HK)公布，向獨立第三方Sea Ray Investment及Sleek Charm發行合共6億股新股，每股作價0.057元，較上交易日(9日)收報折讓9.52%。集資總額3,420萬元，所得淨額3,400萬元，擬用作一般營運資金。同時，向主要股東Wealth Elite發行2.5億股新股，每股作價0.228元，(計及股本重組)較上交易日理論收市價折讓9.52%，集資總額5,700萬元，所得淨額5,670萬元，擬用於戰略投資或收購；償還債務；及一般營運資金。
