Sanichi Technology Bhd has announced the termination of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore's FKS Holdings Pte Ltd.
The MoU, aimed at collaborating to provide fresh produce to international F&B industry players has been mutually terminated, effective from today.
The termination does not have any financial impact on Sanichi and its subsidiaries.
On December 12 2024, Sanichi had entered into the MoU to establish a joint venture for supplying fresh produce to the international F&B industry, targeting the setup of 25 outlets across various cities in the next three years.
